Refund policy
When will my order arrive?
Products will usually be dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of the order confirmation, but small delays may occur during periods of high shipping volume or during seasonal or public holidays. We use Royal Mail 48 hour tracked shipping for all orders.
All orders have tracking information. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and link to track your items.
I want to cancel my order.
Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched, please fill in the form here with your information.
I want to return my item(s).
We have a 14 day return policy, which means that you have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return and refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it in, and in its original packaging. Due to the nature of blind boxes or trading card packs, we cannot offer returns. Please fill out this form with your information to initiate a return, and only ship returns to us after receiving confirmation of return.
Who covers shipping return costs?
If the item is faulty or damaged, or if the wrong item has been sent, we will be responsible for paying the return fee. The shipping fee will be reimbursed to you in your refund. Please forward
If the item is being returned due to a change of mind or if the item is not faulty, the buyer is responsible for paying for return shipping and the amount will not be reimbursed to them.
I inputted the wrong delivery address.
If an order is returned back to TaiHouse due to incorrectly inputted shipping details, refusal of delivery or missed delivery attempts, we will reach out to the buyer to arrange redelivery or process a refund once we have received the items again. NOTE: There will be a fee equal to the original postage paid to re-ship the returned item(s) to the amended address of the customer. The cost of return courier fee will be deducted from the refund if the buyer failed to collect or accept the parcel(s) through no fault of TaiHouse.
